Online coaching
This service allows you to train conveniently from your home or other places where you have a connection to the internet. This session runs via Video call where you participate in actual training session held by your trainer or Video call where you learn about Health and Fitness, your progress, new exercises, training plan etc. Every call takes between 30-60 minutes so you can learn as much as possible. In case you are not 100% satisfied with our service you can claim a refund of your last session. This typicaly needs to be done within 3 working days after your session. We will assess your complaint within 7 days and provide a refund for your last session if assessed positively.
